The Phillies have placed left-handed reliever J.C. Romero on the 15-day DL according to David Hale on Twitter. In his place, they recalled lefty Mike Zagurski. Romero appeared to suffer a leg injury when fielding a ball in the ninth. He left the game immediately and was replaced by Drew Herndon.
