Series Overview: Not really an overview but a few things for the Phils heading into the series.

-Ryan Howard and Carlos Ruiz are both back in the line up. Howard had a minor hand injury and his fine and Ruiz is playing with a left testicle contusion.

-Cole Hamels is skipping his scheduled start this series. Kyle Kendrick will go on Saturday. Hamels should be able to make his next start, the Phils hope.

-Shane Victorino sits tonight and will be back in the line up on Saturday, serving the second game of his two-game suspension. John Mayberry is getting the start in center field again, batting second.
