RHP Vance Worley, RHP Nate Robertson, and LHP Mike Zagurski have all been called up from Lehigh today. They join Paul Hoover, Greg Dobbs, and Scott Mathieson along with Ross Gload off the DL as the seven players so far to be added to the roster.
Worley will be making his first major league start with the Phillies this afternoon in the first of double header against Florida. In his only other major league appearance, he struck out two in one inning of relief earlier this season.
Robertson and Zagurski will go straight to the pen. Robertson was picked up from the Marlins. He made 19 appearances, 18 starts and went 6-8 with a 5.47 ERA. Zagurski, who was up with the Phillies earlier this year, has a 3.38 ERA in five games (5.1 IP) with eight strike outs.
