A 21-year-old thought it would be a great idea to vomit on an off-duty police officer and his 11-year-old daughter at the Phillies game Wednesday night. The fan is in custody on charges including assault and harassment. His bail is $12,000.
I don’t know what stemmed the incident but I think vomiting on someone and their daughter is levels and levels below spitting in the face and kicking someone in the groin. The report said his buddy got tossed minutes prior for unruly behavior so that could be the reason.
Some people the true fan base of loyal fans who will love this team through thick and thin.Some just represent the casual fan who sees the ability to go the games as a reason to get drunk and make an ass out of themselves.
