Braves Shut Out Phillies

The Braves’ Brian McCann hit a pair of homers and Tim Hudson pitched six shut-out innings en route to an 8-0 route of the Phillies. J.A. Happ took the mound for the Phillies, going five innings, allowing four runs on six hits and three walks while striking out three. He allowed three homers, both to McCann and one to Martin Prado, the 2009 Phillie killer.

The Phillies mustered only three hits all game. Placido Polanco had two of them, one being a fourth-inning double that was the only extra base-hit all day for the Phillies. Jimmy Rollins had the other.
